Individual Sessions Naturopathy
60 minute Initial consultation available - online or in person in Altona North
Price A$240
The initial consultation involves a comprehensive discussion about your current health goals based on your completed initial intake form, we discuss all aspects of your health, diet, lifestyle, medications/supplements taken, assessment of blood tests and functional testing (if you have the results otherwise I can arrange these for you, additional costs apply). Based on the information provided we can discuss treatment aims to get you started including some lifestyle and dietary adjustments, some supplements may be prescribed if necessary (additional costs apply for prescribed supplements).
30 minute follow up consultation available - online or in person in Altona North
Price A$120 Exisiting clients only
The follow up consultation involves a review of your progress and current treatment aims to ensure that you are on track and any adjustments can be made at this time if necessary. This session is usually booked in either 2 or 4 weeks from the initial consultation.
*Private Health Rebates are available with selected health funds.
Individual Sessions Reiki

After a brief discussion about your current challenges, we move into a Reiki healing session designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and a deeper connection with yourself. Once the reiki healing session is complete we will have a brief discussion to review any areas that arise from the healing session.
Divine Presence Essences Session
Price A$80
30 minute session available - online
The Divine Presence Essences help in supporting the emotional and energetic aspects of healing. During this session we discuss all aspects of your life including current challenges, relationships, sleep and stress.
Following our discussion, I intuitively select a Divine Presence Essence aligned to where you are in your journey (the essence is an extra costs of $20 plus postage).
These essences can support emotional processing, self-awareness, intuition and a deeper sense of alignment with yourself and your path.
The Embodied Package

3 Months of Direct Messaging – text me whenever you have questions, you’re continually supported along the way.

The Holistic Embodied Package

When you need a comprehensive approach to your health and need to be supported both physically and energetically. You are ready to do the deeper work as you have tried all the things that have only just scratched the surface.
This is an individualised approach where you will feel supported each step of the way to regain harmony within your mind, body and spirit.
What’s included
A Comprehensive Naturopathic Health Analysis session – this is an information gathering session where we discuss all aspects of your health, diet, lifestyle, medications/supplements taken, assessment of blood tests and functional testing (if you have the results otherwise I can arrange these for you, additional costs apply).
A personalised treatment plan and education session – based on your initial comprehensive session I create a personalised treatment plan and we go through this together to uncover what may be impacting your health.
Personalised Supplement and Diet Plan – this forms part of the treatment plan and there may be herbal and nutritional supplements prescribed (these are at an additional cost).
2 Follow Up sessions – We connect together to assess how your health is tracking and if there are any modifications to your treatment plan required.
